I was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico and have lived in such esoterically diverse places as Detroit, Michigan, Sao Paolo, Brazil, Los Angeles, California, Plactias, New Mexico, and Gunpo, South Korea. I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Pratt Institute in New York.
I’m a former cartoon animator (from the days before computers!) who has worked at Disney, Dreamworks SKG, Film Roman, and Hanna-Barbera. My career in animation has spanned almost 30 years. Feature films and TV shows I’ve worked on include Hercules, Tarzan, Mulan, Sinbad, Spirit, and The Simpsons.

With the advent of 3D computer animation, however, which rendered my traditional 2D job virtually obsolete, I gave it all up and in 2003 moved from Los Angeles to New Mexico. Inspired by the area’s raw beauty, open spaces, spectacular views, Native American history, art community, and strong spiritual vibes, my years-long photography hobby became my new vocation. I began snapping pictures, and was soon exhibiting and selling my work in various galleries and shops in Albuquerque, Roswell, Santa Fe, Placitas, Madrid, and online.
I recently returned from South Korea where I taught English to young children. Amazing where Life sometimes leads you! My work now includes not only images of the American Southwest, but also Puerto Rico and Asia.
I am also a longtime student of Science of Mind, a progressive, non-denominational New Thought spiritual teaching. My first book, Perfect Praying: 5 Simple Steps That Make Prayers Work, is available at: www.ccbpublishing.com and www.amazon.com.
This website showcases some of my photography and digital ET art. Since I am not a painter, I attempt to capture a similar artistic feel in my photographs with light, color, and composition. I believe that the universe is divinely designed, and that “art” can be found in the everyday. I attempt to capture and showcase some of that design in my work. I hope you enjoy it.
